1987 October 14
- ARK Toshijuku Pre-Opening
ARK Toshijuku held seven lectures during its initial experimental phase, featuring Shigeru Itoh, Takemochi Ishii, Chie Koike, and Yoshio Tsukio as speakers, in round-table workshops and live computer videolink broadcasts.
1988 September 29
- ARK Toshijuku Opened
The Urban Planning Laboratory, High Technology Fashion Laboratory, Fashion Design Laboratory, and New Media Laboratory began activities.
1989 April 5
- ARK Toshijuku Started Its 2nd Session
With the addition of Koichi Tonuma, the Community Building Philosophy Laboratory began activities.

October 24
- ARK Toshijuku Started Its 3rd Session
With the addition of Seiichi Endo, the Architectural Planning Laboratory began activities.

November 28
- "Hyperworld" Personal Computer College
Lectures and Courses on Macintosh operation. Faculty includes Yoshio Tsukio, Yuichi Inomata (President, Macintosh Designers Network/Assistant Professor, Tama Art University), Kazuki Yamane (Broadcaster/Journalist), Seiichi Kametani (NHK Career Education Department) and Yasuki Hamano (Assistant Professor, Broadcasting Education Center).
1990 October 29
- ARK Toshijuku Started Its 5th Session
With the establishment of the "Video Pupil System", ARK Toshijuku's network expanded nationwide.
