1991 March 27
- Alumni Society Established
Shigeru Itoh gave a lecture at the commencement ceremony of the fifth ARK Toshijuku session on "Recent Tokyo Topics" to commemorate the establishment of the Alumni Society.

December
- "The Philosophy of Community Building" Published
The publication contained the results of the Community Building Philosophy seminars from the second through fourth ARK Toshijuku sessions, compiled by students.
1992 May 6
- Digital Bauhaus School Opened
Seminar on "Architectural and City Planning with CG (Computer Graphics)" to commemorate the opening. Seminar included Tsuyoshi Sasada (Professor, Osaka University School of Engineering), Osamu Koide (Professor, University of Tokyo Research Center for Advanced Science and Technology), and Yoshio Tsukio, special consultant to the Digital Bauhaus School, and presented examples of CG.

September 12
- ARK Toshijuku Overseas Open Seminar
First Excursion: "Inspecting European City Planning and Waterfronts: 12 Days,"led by Shigeru Itoh and Shiohiko Takahashi.

December 12
- ARK Toshijuku Overseas Open Seminar
Second Excursion: "Inspecting Current and Future Use of Computers in Architecture and City Planning in America: 10Days," led by Osamu Koide. Visited the Environmental Simulation Laboratory at The University of California at Berkeley, to study current and future techniques in the fields of architecture and city planning.

- Taikichiro Mori, Founder of ARK Toshijuku, Passed Away.

March 22
- Graduation Ceremony of the 9th ARK Toshijuku Session
- Memorial Service for Taikichiro Mori
- Inauguration of the ARK-Network Society
1994 April 22
- ARK Toshijuku Started Its 12th Session
"Special Lecture on City Planning" with Jun Etoh (Professor, Keio University Faculty of Environmental Information) and Tatsuhiko Kawashima.

- "Digital Conversion" Conference
Two-day conference to discuss "The Beginning of the Information Society." Lecturers: Takemochi Ishii,Yoshio Tsukio, Heisuke Hironaka (President,Yamaguchi University), Yasuki Hamano, Michael Hawley (Professor, Massachusetts Institute of Technology), Richard Weinberg (Professor, University of Southern California), Patrick Coulier (FOCUS Television, Belgium),Yoshihiko Muraki (President, Today&Tomorrow), Naohito Okude (Professor, Keio University), Jun Murai, Shumpei Kumon (Director, International University of Japan Center For Global Communications (GLOCOM)), Izumi Aizu (Head of Research Planning, Hypernet Social Research Center / Executive Research Fellow, GLOCOM), Michael Backes (American Film Institute),Tsuyoshi Sasada and Jyoichi Ito (President, Eccosys). - Urban Disaster Prevention Report (Commencement Speech)
Invited guests Shigeru Itoh and Richard Bender reported on the lessons to be learned from the great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake in terms of city planning.

- Keio University's Shonan-Fujisawa Campus
Established Classes at Ark Toshijuku The graduate school at Keio University's Shonan-Fujisawa Campus established a branch facility on the fourth basement floor.

May
- "The World Folk Doll Museum\Student Idea Competition" Call for Entries
Chie Koike suggested holding an idea competition in conjunction with her plans for the World Folk Doll Museum, open to students worldwide.
